OUR ETHOS
CABN Foundation
Housing as a Human Right — building capacity, not just homes.
Purpose — Founded as a non-profit in 2021, the Foundation leverages CABN's Core Technology™ to deliver sustainable and attainable housing.
Impact Areas — Partners directly with municipalities, community partners, and developers to support remote, low-income, and Indigenous communities.
Vision — Aims to eliminate housing inequities by 2030, overcoming traditional barriers of cost and location to ensure everyone has the right to live in health and happiness.
The CABN Foundation focuses on social equity. We don't just ship homes — we build capacity.
The CABN Foundation serves as a strategic bridge from local builders to Indigenous and remote communities. Our ACTT program upskills local workforces in net-zero installation techniques, creating jobs and ensuring long-term operational resilience within the communities we serve.
The Advanced Construction Technology Training (ACTT) program is a specialized training series designed to upskill and reskill the workforce in modern construction methods.
Ensures that communities aren't just receiving homes but are gaining the skills to maintain and build their own long-term operational resilience.

Employment &
Education Centres
We partner with local Employment and Education Centres to train and educate in the assembly and maintenance of CABN systems.
Our 2% Pledge supports the co-creation of housing that respects Indigenous leadership, alternate design requirements, and traditional land use.
A workforce development initiative training local youth (ages 15–30) to build transitional and net-zero housing.
Municipalities face a "Triple Threat": lack of housing, lack of skilled labour, and rising homelessness. Traditional construction timelines can't keep pace with demand.
A workforce development initiative that trains local youth to build transitional and net-zero housing, creating a sustainable pipeline of skilled trades workers.
The STEP Program addresses the skilled labour shortage while providing career pathways for youth facing barriers to employment. Every graduate contributes to Canada's housing solution.
