We’ve built a growing network of trained builders across Canada. If there’s a certified CABN builder in your region, we’ll connect you directly so you can get a quote, review site requirements, and start planning your build.

Option B: Bring Your Own Builder

Don’t see a CABN builder near you? No problem. We can work with your trusted local builder. We’ll train them on our system, provide installation guides, and support them through the process — from delivery to completion.

Step 2: Choose Your Model

CABN offers a curated collection of net-zero ready home models designed for comfort, resilience, and fast installation. Whether you need something compact and off-grid or spacious and family-ready, our team will help you select the right fit for your site, lifestyle, and budget.

Step 3: Secure Your Site

You or your builder will prepare the land, handle permits, and complete the foundation. We provide detailed drawings to make this process easier.

Step 4: Delivery + Installation

We assemble your CABN components at facility. Once complete, we ship your kit directly to site — ready for fast, efficient assembly by your builder.

Step 5: Interior Finishes + Move In

Once the building envelope is up, your builder will complete the interior to suit your needs — from kitchen and bathroom installs to flooring and final finishes. You’ll be living in your CABN in a fraction of the time of a traditional build.
